People      Why Invest in Argentina Now? 
        You may ask why Segrest International of Charlotte, NC has opened an office in Buenos Aires.  It may or not be the most logical course for our first office outside of the USA.  There are several reasons why Argentina is first. 
  1. At this time I believe that Argentina has dropped as low as it can go and is on the way to an excellent recovery.
  2. There are really great people throughout South America.  I have excellent partners in almost every major city who own their own companies.  My partner Eduardo in Argentina is one of these fine real estate practitioners. He was ready to commit his personal resources to the development of this project.
  3. Eduardo already has a team of committed professionals.
  4. Buenos Aires is located centrally to serve the entire southern cone of South America.
  5. Argentina has a huge middle class and excellent business infrastructure.  All they really need now is political will for economic change.  I believe that this is developing.
