Estate Broker since 1986. She has been S. C. Licensed and TN. Licensed
since 2002.
She does exclusive tenant/buyer representation
and exclusive landlord/seller representation and site selection throughout
N.C., S.C, and TN. for retail, restaurant, and industrial.
During her 18 years in the business
she has performed market analysis and evaluation for land acquisition,
site selections and build-to-suits. She can implement and coordinate the
site design process from raw land to turn-key projects. She has a the ability
to thoroughly understand and interpret city/county codes, ordinances, building
requirements, zoning and other regulatory agency guidelines to smooth the
process of renting or occupying property. Her ability to read and
understand tax maps, plats, parcels, blueprints, and schematics and perform
deed, grantee/grantor, transfers, and lien searches helps her clients determine
which properties are most suitable for their use or which uses are most
suitable for their properties.
She is experienced in the applications
for and coordination of brownfield grants.
