INVESTMENT ANALYSIS
Joe Gallagher, Laurent
Beaudry and David Segrest have had special
training in analyzing income properties. They can project future
income on your property or your prospective purchase and calculate projected
returns before or after tax. "What if" analysis can show the effects
of different strategies, you may wish to employ. How will a refinance,
exchange, sale leaseback, loan payoff, rent increase or other change in
circumstances affect you.

Laurent Beaudry has taken the CCIM
courses. David Segrest has taken
the CPCC training and holds the CCIM
designation He participated in the rewrite of the CIPS
Finance and Investment class and is a senior CIPS
instructor
