Linda Aukamp Sorkin has extensive experience in commercial
real estate brokerage and development including site selection, financing,
acquisition and disposition. Linda has represented many financial institutions,
developers, investors, pension funds, franchise companies, and large
corporations in a variety of commercial enterprises, including asset management
of hospitality investment properties, office buildings, multifamily, retail
shopping centers, and with respect to acquisition, construction, permanent
financing, sale, foreclosure and negotiated workouts. Linda provides
consulting, opinions of value, marketing analysis, buyer representation,
and investment analysis. Linda is a member of the NC CCIM Chapter, National
Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, and Charlotte
Region Commercial Board of Realtors. She holds brokerage licenses in North
Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
