MANAGEMENT AND LEASING SERVICES
We offer high-touch management services for owners of single-family
residential properties (up to 4 units). We also offer management
on free-standing commercial buildings and strip centers. David Segrest
does the management of the residential, retail and industrial properties.
Chris Abrams leases the residential properties. Joe Gallagher manages
the office properties.
The leasing on residential units is handled as part of
the management services. The leasing on commercial properties is
handled through the brokerage division. Joe Gallagher does the leasing
in Mecklenburg and Union Counties. Laurent Beaudry does the leasing
in Cabarrus, and Rowan counties. Both of them serve Iredell county.
